We do not cover return postage costs so we recommend that you return your items via recorded post. We can not be held responsible for items lost during transit that are being returned to us. Please add a note in the box with your order number, your details and a reason for your return.

Personalised products are non-returnable, We are also unable to return pick and mix due to health and safety reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

The returned goods need to be in the same condition that they were recieved and must be unopened.
